Please use this form to request publicity. To request space and have your event placed on the church calendar, contact the Ministry Staff person associated with your event.

Publicity & Communications Request Form

To ensure that all promotional requests are handled smoothly, the Director of Communications will determine the appropriate communication methods in line with our church policies and procedures. For the best results, please submit this form at least two weeks in advance. This will allow us ample time for graphic design, follow-up communications, and meeting publication deadlines. What is the ideal timeline / lead time of promotion? (i.e. 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, etc.)
Typically, we promote things for 2-4 weeks in advance. The exact promotion schedule will be set by the Director of Communications. Please keep in mind the lead time with making this request and what you want to have promoted.
Are there different stages involved in promotion? (this is mainly for events with a larger lead time)

For example, a retreat or camp or mission trip might have an initial promotion timeline (i.e. save the date concept) and then an additional promotion once registration opens or deadlines approach.
If yes, how many stages do you expect?
The Director of Communications will be in touch with exact timelines and a promotional calendar for each stage as they see fit.
