Have you ever had anyone pray with you? BSMC Prayer ministry offers prayer for our church family, our staff, and others in our community. Our trained prayer ministers offer caring and praying for those seeking healing prayer, and they believe the calling as a prayer warrior is both a privilege and an honor.

Do not be anxious about anything but in everything,
by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God;
and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding,
will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Prayer Requests

Prayer requests may be submitted by clicking here.  Prayer requests are distributed to more than 120 members of the Buncombe Street community who pray daily for these concerns. All requests are considered public unless noted otherwise.

Prayer of Faith
Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praise.
Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray
over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.
And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up.
And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
