Worship Volunteers Needed
As worship attendance increases, we have an increased need for volunteers each Sunday morning. We offer many different volunteer opportunities, and we currently have a pressing need for the following:
Ushers – welcome congregants, hand out bulletins, & assist with the offering at the traditional services. This is usually a once per month commitment on Sunday mornings. We need ushers at The Chapel and at the traditional services at both campuses.
Brass Polishing – The worship items that require weekly and/or bimonthly polishing are our offering plates, the crosses and the candle lighters. As a volunteer, your time commitment to complete this task is minimal and your services would only be needed once a month. Your duties involve simply coming to the church at your convenience on your designated week and polishing your designated items. Again, the job is easy and involves very little time commitment, but it is important to the church.
Production – Our production team includes a Soundboard Operator, Camera Operator, and someone to run ProPresenter, the slide program seen by our online worshipers. Not sure how to do these things? Not a problem! We’ll train you. We currently need production volunteers at all services.
Greeters – Greeters are not assigned to a specific service but to a time on Sunday morning. They are stationed in the parking lots and at the doors to welcome members and guests alike and to assist newcomers in finding their way around.
Please prayerfully consider volunteering for one of the jobs above, or for another listed on the form below.
