About our speakers

Jenna Weaver is the Location Leader for the Isaiah 117 House in Greenville County. In this role, Jenna is deeply dedicated to supporting children entering foster care, providing them with love and comfort on a tough day. Outside of work, Jenna is a devoted wife to Andrew, and together they are parents to nine children. Their journey into parenthood has been through the foster care system, with seven adoptions and two current placements. Jenna’s personal experiences and her children’s lives fuel her passion for making removal day a more comforting experience for children in need.

Julie Trout is the Support Coordinator for the Isaiah 117 House. While Julie is not a foster parent herself, she has a heart for this ministry and is dedicated to changing the way that foster care begins. Julie is married to her husband Josh and they have a beautiful daughter, Hannah. Julie is originally from Pennsylvania but moved to Greer three years ago and now calls South Carolina her home.
