Janice has been a member of Buncombe Street since 1983 being involved in multiple ministries and serving in various leadership roles throughout the church. Going on multiple mission trips to Haiti, Mexico, Kenya, and Ecuador, opened her eyes to see what God sees. She had such an intense calling placed upon her to go wherever God was calling her to go. After serving as Lay Leader, she was drawn to serving on both the worship and prayer committees. That nudging from the Holy Spirit continued until she felt called to go to seminary. She now feels she is truly where God has called her to be and loving every moment of it. She graduated from Clemson University and Asbury Theological Seminary. Janice has been married to Happy Holliday for 43 years and they have two sons and daughter in laws, one daughter, and five grandchildren.
